| Summary: | 碩士 === 長榮大學 === 土地管理與開發研究所(在職專班) === 97 === The formation of the military dependants’ village had its unique background and history. However, most of the military dependants’ villages has become old and dilapidated gradually. The government started to reconstruction the village in order to follow the new policy of urban regeneration and help the city modernization in 1970.
Regarding the community residents evaluate the residents’ satisfaction of living environment quality which there are four factors including “The Security” , “The Health Care” , “The Convenience” , and “The Comfortableness” had been defined by World Health Organization（WHO）. In the mean time, considering the basic concept of 『Sustainable Development Community』（SDC）, which the culture of the military dependants’ village must be preserved and create an ideal reconstruction community with high living quality.
This study is utilizing the method of『Post-Occupancy Evaluation』(POE) method to study the satisfaction on quality and demands of different residents with variety living environment, period and background which the research through questionnaires, observation and interview. In order to improve the living environmental quality and implements the military dependants’ village reconstruction plan smoothly by this research conclusions.
Based on the research result in this study, regarding the community residents evaluate the satisfaction of living environment quality shows low satisfied conclusion in『sustainable』target. To investigate the reason, which the phenomena are lacking of planning such as, building maintenance plan, culture saving plan and overall living quality arrange in the beginning of rebuild policy.
In the conclusion of study, some actions should be taken to keep impetus in military dependants’ village reconstruction, In the mean time, the government should be considering to maintain the community building hardware and save the military dependants’ village culture as well, in order to complete the motivation and objective of the military dependants’ village rebuild policy and provides the community a comfortable and integrated living space.
