Summary:碩士 === 中華大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 97 === The study investigates the leadership behavior of coaches and athletes’ organizational commitment based on the dodge ball games of the elementary schools in Tai Chung County. The survey uses “Questionnaire of the leadership behavior of coaches and athletes’ organizational commitment of the elementary schools of Tai Chung County.” The objects of the study come from the teams of the dodge ball game list of Tai Chung County elementary schools in the 97th school year. 25 questionnaires were released among 27 schools by random sampling. 250 questionnaires were released and 178 valid were retrieved. The retrieval rate was 71.2%. SPSS12.0 statistical software is used to conduct the analysis. The results of the study are as follows: 1. For the perceived coach leadership for the dodge ball of Tai Chung County, training and the instructional behavior are the greatest. 2. The athletes’ perceived coach leadership on gender, and the school categories, and daily practices, and the best records of competitions have significant differences. 3. “The tendency of staying in the team” of the athletes’ organizational commitments is the greatest of Tai Chung County dodge ball team athletes. 4. Gender, and school categories, and the amount of practices for the athletes’ different organizational commitment have significant differences. 5. The coaches’ leadership between the “reward behavior” and “the organizational recognition”, and “the aspiration of effort”, and “the tendency of staying the team” have positive relationship.
