The study derives five parameters as background factors, personality trait, community trait, and aggression behavior for the research based on the literature studies to investigate among business people and students. The results from utilizing the analysis of statistical methods known as descriptive statistical analysis, t-Test, and One-way ANOVA to analyze the data based on the survey samples of 235 students from the private universities in Hsinchu City and 219 business people from Hsinchu Science Park. The research suggests that it makes no obvious differences either on background factors or genders for both business people and students. However, both business people and students show significant figure on aggression behavior in which male is greater than female. Regarding to age, business people show greater responses to cyber activities; and the younger appears to have greater responses than the older. In aggression behavior, the older shows greater responsive offences than the younger. On the aspect of the personality trait, the tendency of neuroticism for business people under personal related business people cyberbullying is more obvious than other people. And business people under cyberbullying show greater indications on mental, behavior, and reaction for more neuroticism responses. For the students under cyberbullying, their mental responses are likely greater such that they’re more self-controlled persons. Both business people and students show greater responses to offensive behavior in personality, whereas those whom are with personality of neuroticism appear even more than others. On the community aspect, a portion of students exposed to cyberbullying shows responses with higher level of affect-exchange. Business people show more for aggression behavior and response in the community aspect for offensive behavior; and their level of affect-exchange is also greater. Students show greater active offensive behaviors, and their level of affect-exchange is also higher than other groups. JiaJiunn Lo 羅家駿 2009 學位論文 ; thesis 148 zh-TW
