Description
Summary:碩士 === 中華大學 === 資訊管理學系(所) === 97 === After implementing the ERP system for a few years, the enterprise usually get in trouble for the existing ERP system which cannot adopt new business model or comply with the firm’s strategy, and has to begin the ERP system migration. Implementing the ERP system often comes with high risks, especially in system migration. At the beginning of ERP migration, if the firms could determine the most suitable vendors through a systematic supplier selection method, it would lower the probability of failure in implementing the system. In this study, we first obtain the criteria for evaluating the ERP system by literature review and by interviewing with the engineers and managers of firms which have implemented ERP systems. The weighted values for each criterion are found by applying fuzzy theory. Then, a case study is conducted for a firm which is considering ERP migration. By deploying Fuzzy TOPSIS, the rank of the existing ERP system suppliers shall be determined. The intention of this paper is to provide a systematic way for the decision makers in selecting the vendors in performing ERP migration.
