The TFT LCD industry develops very fast and constructs the factories continually will be one of the good ways for keeping competitive advantages. A new building plant project, consists of many efforts including civil structure architecture engineering, electrical& mechanical system engineering, clean room system engineering, process equipment utilities supply engineering, production process system engineering, production material automatic handling system engineering, production information system engineering etc. As there are less academic research, limited reference information and poor information exchange route related to the A new building plant project management systematization of TFT-LCD industry, most of that are accumulated from personal experiences. This research focuses on the personal working experiences and objects to facility’s system project, the related bibliographies of the new building plant project management systematization of TFT-LCD industry and coordinate all kinds of project management for working. Lastly we would like to make the result that we got from executing the S company case a reference mode that the project administrators will be able to use in the future in systematized processes of the new building project.
