According to four kinds of fault tree analysis to calculate the percentage behind schedule and the importance of 36 mutual major effect factors from the sponsor institution, design jail unit and contractor. The main outcomes in this study include: (1) the assessed value of behind schedule is 0.2410, the predictive value of behind schedule is 0.1286~0.2150. (2) basically, when certain effect factors be set to “AND gate” , the effect factors will be sorted to the end of ranking, the relative ranking is according to the size of fault rate.
