The mainly goal of research for voluntarily researches and develops lowly establishes the foundation automation laser monitor system, the development displacement observes the phantom model train to become the open construction and may design the selective, gives up the contact contiguous sense the part and the line design, increases in this model train use the elasticity. The first research tested the experiment equipment of the laser automatic monitor system. Using result of testes designs the model. The second using the laser light beam makes aiming rule on the goal board on construction or retaining wall. The third picks up the observation image, phantom of interpret formula computation phantom by way of in the voluntarily development the laser luminous spot position, compares to the luminous spot coordinates value calculates the monitor subject matter incline or the displacement situation. Next compare different distance, the different wave length laser, the different light environment, the different CCD lens, to analyze the value of the influence, and correcting the position of pix by the formula revision afterimage. Finally regularly translating the far-end value by the wireless network and the location picture feedback to the control and monitor console basis of the early warning. This research confirmed the monitor system used the green light semiconductor laser, make the accurate monitor in outdoors daytime, on the 20m distance. Its monitor incline value may reach 1/2222, is lower than the value form Construction and Planning Agency the Ministry of Interior suggesting security monitor standard of management (1/500). Also the hardware cost is low, was lower than the contact contiguous sense monitor system, in addition to use The displacement observes the phantom model design, not only appeared this system the accuracy to be high, but also in deeper substantive popularization and utility.
