| Summary: | 碩士 === 長庚大學 === APEMBA === 97 === Lots of consumer electronics companies and technological companies are on the threshold of innovation management in product development. Technological Innovation is already one of the important factors to urge the great successful of a product among the competitions . Why the innovation is getting important than ever ? Partially is because of the market globalization. I will use an example to explain the difficulties of developing an innovative product and the challenges of breakthrough human’s daily habits by taking the innovative product, Electronic Paper, for instance. Moreover, I will also cover how this company expedites the innovation from the management point of view.
The thesis focused on the new and innovative technology “Electronic Paper”, so-called E-paper. Light-weightiness, thinness, power-saving and vibration proof are the benefits of adopting E-paper as digital signage, commercial advertising and public welcome boards. For those, it is predicted there will be a positive in the future business growth and adoption in being’s life.
