In the past, voice was the major cellular telephone messaging service; nevertheless now text messaging and multimedia service are becoming more popular. As a result, it is important to use cellular text message to its fullest extent, to increase the value of cellular phone service, and to create diversification of the mobile communication services. This research uses two-way Short Message Service (SMS) features to design a system that sends out alerts when stocks reach their stop-loss points, and lets customers do stock trading. This research also proposes a mobile commerce platform architecture which provides an establishment of stocks stop-loss points on the internet and on cellular phones, a notice of price arrival, and services on stock transactions, etc. SMS ensures the security of the mobile information transmission through a secure transmission process. In addition, telecom industry, security industry and consumers can easily use two-way SMS to control the stock undulation without purchasing new servers and mobiles. Y. R.
