Summary:碩士 === 長庚大學 === 企業管理研究所在職專班 === 97 === In face of the era that continuously swift change of external demand environment, and order obtainment is full of uncertainty, an enterprise wanting to have sustainable growth should not only depend of stable demand, but also completely employ current resources to create the most beneficial results. The purpose of this thesis is to explore how an enterprise employs the thinking logic of integration and planning under the conditions of limited time and capacity, assisting by linear planning operation in order to research the way to completely employ current capacity and proceed to cost control and other issues within specific time. In addition, it takes the bid project of LED traffic signals the case company encountered as example, inserting its mode into the issues of capacity dispatch and delivery time the company must face. Moreover, it allows the enterprise in the evaluation process while intends to cope with the order, to contain such current resources and other restrict conditions of different consideration as the types of manpower, number of persons, cost of production working-hour to the planning in order to obtain the excellent capacity dispatch and the minimum cost. This thesis establishes lineal planning program to seek for the best resolution. In addition, it conducts the analysis and exploration on the results of resolution to provide important principles of complete multi-site capacity planning for enterprises in the face of similar situations.
