In this study, the rubber injection molding machine is mainly used as an example. Meanwhile, high efficiency motor and induction servomotor will be used for energy saving control experiment so as to analyze the performance difference between high efficiency induction motor and induction servomotor. In the same time, on-site measurement will be done so as to obtain a reference whether the induction servomotor is to be replaced. Induction servomotor has stable operation characteristic, for example, when it is operated at low speed, it can remain stable rotational speed, which is really much superior to the high efficiency induction motor at low rotational speed.
