From this research, I hope to give suggestions to the elders or even as a reference for the education organization and other future research. In this study, I mainly adopt the methodology of questionnaire. First of all, I try to analyze the RSLEL by the relative theories and documents. After that, this research chooses 586 people from the Chang Qing community college as the subject of study. The 586 people are given a test of “questionnaire for RSLEL”; it helped me to understand more about the RSLEL. Eventually, according to their income and other personal background’s variables data, I try to conclude it with some concrete suggestions. From this study, we know that: 1.Elder learners still look at their self-efficacy with positive view. 2.Elder learners satisfy their lives well. 3.The causes that affect self efficacy of elder learners are level of education and state of health. 4.The causes that affect life satisfaction of elder learners are level of education and state of health 5.The RSLEL is in positive correlation. From the above conclusions, there are suggestions listed below for elder learners, education organization and future study respectively. 1. For elder learners themselves: a. Not only educate them to have positive view in self efficacy, but also strengthen their life satisfaction. b. Plan their life well to increase their life satisfaction. c. Strengthen the self-efficacy of the less educated and weak elder learners. d. Increase the life satisfaction of the less educated and weak elder learners. 2. For the education organization for elder learners a. Suggest that the administration of such education organization to use the concept of self efficacy. b. Design activities or curriculums relative to self efficacy for increasing the life satisfaction of elder learners. 3. For the future study a. Sample: Expand the area of the study and Compare the elder learners who participate in learning with those who are not participate in. b. Tools: Increase the options of Likert Scale accord with the feeling of elder learners. It should also avoid too much reverse questions. c. Methodology: Interview, Observation, Analysis made with the elder learners according to their level of self efficacy.
