Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 資訊管理所暨醫療資訊管理所 === 97 === The purpose for the Industrial Development Bureau, Ministry of Economic Affairs of Taiwan Government to initiate the Industrial Park area health and safety mutual aid program, known as Industrial Development Bureau Mutual Aid Service or IDBMA , is to fully understand the distributions of potential health and safety threats of the existence, storage and handling of toxic, and other hazardous material or substance information in working places in Industrial Parks, as well as the distribution of the hardware and software installations for dealing with high hazardous situation in the parks when occurs. In addition, use digital learning of information technology regular safety educational training courses on E-learning, as well as accidence simulations and drills provided by IDBMA can effectively reduced the occurrence of disasters in the Industrial Parks.
Furthermore, IDBMA sets up a representative office in each Industrial Park to coordinate the safe aid policies, strategies and operations of safety departments of constituent companies in the park so that an efficient and effective risk management mechanism of the park as a whole can be enhanced. Therefore, the impact of any natural disasters and/or any environmental and/or technological accidences can be drastically reduced if they do digital learning/E-learning.
IDBMA also offers an E-learning information system to train safety personnel of its member or potential member companies and organizations. The qualified users can login to IDBMA E-learning system servers from any computer via internet any time or anywhere to take the training courses or to learn the analysis of simulations offered by the Service.
The purpose of this work is to testify the results of applying the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) and Technology acceptance model (TAM) in analyzing the efficiency and effectiveness of IDBMA E-learning system. We have conducted a survey among the user attitude toward act or behavior influence individual using IDBMA E-learning information systems about his behavior intention. The research design and analysis of the questionnaire were based upon the hypotheses of the TRA and TAM.
There are enough evidences showing and explaining that the E-learning training method is more efficient and more effective than traditional ones to user perceived usefulness and easy to use this systems. The research will be explored user’s perspective behavior intention and explain influence motivational variables, increases the systems utilization ratio and the enhancement user wish.
