Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 電機工程所 === 97 === For the fast development of wind power in recent years, the number and capacity of wind turbines are still increasing and the associated power quality problems become of great concerns. Unsteady wind speed for wind turbines will result in fluctuation of voltage and power that is one of the reasons causing voltage flicker. Voltage fluctuations may give rise to noticeable illumination flickers of lighting equipments. Besides, flicker also can cause misoperation of the electrical devices. This thesis simulated representative structures of wind turbines system for assessing power quality. Then, the influence and analysis of voltage flicker for power system connected wind turbines system will be discussed.
