Therefore, these four Asia countries have a common contender, and the integration of Asia professional baseball gets an opportunity to resist the Major League Baseball. This study focuses on the integration of Asia professional baseball, and divides it into economic and cultural directions. In the economical direction, this study finds whether the present Asia Series or the future Asia Winter League not only gets opportunity to boost the level of Asia professional baseball, but also becomes the strength to contend the Major League Baseball. However, the power relation in the Asia professional baseball is imbalance, and Japan dominates the three other ones. In the cultural direction, this study focuses on the Asia Series and finds the organizer of this series apply some denationalized marketing. Furthermore, the four countries of the Asia Series exchange their culture each other and the atmosphere of this event is different from other international events. In Taiwan, despite media and fans also brought some denationalized phenomenon in the period of Asia Series, the national conscious was not vanished completely. This means that this event didn’t produce Asia identity apparently, and the imbalanced level and power between the four Asia countries is the cause to make this situation happen. Therefore, the four countries have to balance the power to maximum the effect of regional integration. 劉昌德 2009 學位論文 ; thesis 145 zh-TW
