Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 教學專業發展數位學習碩士在職專班 === 97 === The purpose of this study is to find out or examine main factors of social exchange—reputation, trust, reciprocity, dependence, and communication. The study can engender teachers’ use of blog to perform knowledge-sharing behaviors in the elementary schools in Changhwa. The study employed questionnaire survey. The teachers participating in building the teaching file blog and marine education are selected for the study.the questionnaire is concerning with the ideas, which the elementary teachers using the blog to share knowledge. Out of 333 questionnaires, 311 (93%) were returned and 302 effectives(97%)。 All data were coded and SPSS12.0 was used to analyze data. Analysis methods include Frequency distribution, ratio and percentage, mean value, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation ,and multiple stepwise regression analysis. This study made following conclusions:
1. more than 70% of teachers use of the blog to perform knowledge-sharing behavior
A. 67.3% of teachers used blog more than one hour every week.
B. 73% of teachers use of the blog to perform knowledge-sharing behavior more than one time every week.
C. 83.2% of teachers used blog last more than one year.
2. teachers’ frequently behavior in elementary schools in Changhwa effect using blog to perform knowledge-sharing behaviors.
3. social exchange—reputation, trust, reciprocity, dependence, communication are all positively correlated to teachers’ use of blog to perform knowledge-sharing behaviors in the elementary schools in Changhua.
4. social exchange- dependence, communication and reciprocity could predict teachers’ use of blog to perform knowledge-sharing behaviors in the elementary schools in Changhua. Dependence is the main The main predictors.
5. to control significantly influence factors –dependence,communication and reciprocity can improve teachers’ use of blog to perform knowledge-sharing behaviors in elementary schools.
Based on above findings, relevant suggestions to elementary school-level administration systems, and teachers were proposed. Future research was also suggested.
