Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 資訊工程所 === 97 === With the development of e-Learning, the production of learning contents has been more convenient and easy, but most of learning contents are scattered in various places. This makes the reusability of learning contents decreased, and learners are also not easy to access the resources. IMS has proposed the Digital Repositories Interoperability (DRI) standard which facilitates the interoperability of learning contents, but the standard was still a prototype so far. Similarly, although several systems have been proposed for managing learning contents, there is yet no good enough standard on integrating the heterogeneous learning objects.
Thus, the objective of this thesis is to develop a learning repository to solve the problem of the integration of heterogeneous learning objects and the problem of searching across platforms. Our approach is to collect and store the metadata of heterogeneous learning objects in the repository, and provide users a simple interface to easily access these learning objects. Furthermore, semantic search is provided based on ontology.
