Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 勞工所 === 97 === Since Foreign Worker’s Agency Companies have played a critical role in providing a sound management in hiring foreign workers, a service quality evalution mechanism has been adopted on Foreign Worker’s Agency Companies since 2004. This research intends to explore the influence of the service quality evaluation on the management of Foreign Worker’s Agency Companies over the period of 2004-2007. Five Foreign Worker’s Agency Companies and two acting committee members are interviewed by the evaluation items of quality management and customer services, regulation violations and others. The major findings are the following: The evaluation items of quality management and customer services have improved the management quality of Foreign Worker’s Agency Companies. Foreign Worker’s Agency Companies usually will not violate regulations though irrational behavior cannot be altered. Foreign Worker’s Agency Companies will observe other evaluation items even though they do not promote management quality because the pass of evaluation is a requirement of consistent operartion. The evaluation mechanism can be improved by including the items of management of foreign worker’s exporting countries agency companies, applications of introducing foreign worker and recruitment of nationals.
