Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 教育研究所 === 97 === Abstract This research focused on the process that Rainbow Family Life Education Association promoted the life education course in an elementary school. The purpose was to understand Rainbow volunteers’ belief in teaching, the impact to the children after the life education course, and the problem the volunteers met. This research adopted qualitative research method. Choose one class each from the grade 2 and the grade 3 to be the observation sample. From observation record, notes and interview, this research found that : 1. The teaching belief of Rainbow volunteers was based on their life experience, environment, and their strong religion belief, so they could devoted themselves without any reward. 2. The knowledge that Rainbow volunteers processed was based on their life and educated experience, the training course offered by the Association, and the reflection on their interaction with students. 3. Rainbow life education course cooperated with schools, and planed diversified and rich teaching activities. 4. Life education could correct students’ deviant behaviors by the volunteers’ speech and behaviors. 5. Association adopted non-Christian people as extra human resource. When the volunteers had the problems such as class management, time control, teaching focuses and so on, they always look for help from class teachers or other volunteers.
