Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 機械工程所 === 97 === According to market condition, domestic and foreign patent Aerobic exercise machine, may be divided roughly: Slides a step machine, steps machine, treadmill machine, the ellipse overlapping machine and rowing a boat machine. Since above exercise machines are planar mechanisms, as the result muscle it could trained will be limited, therefore how to apply the spatial mechanism on the exercise machine have been taken seriously by everybody, and also will be an important topic for future development. Taking this into consideration, therefore the main purpose of this thesis is to discuss Bennett 4R (Revolute pair) and Goldberg 5R mechanism synthetic method, hopefully by above synthetic method we could develop new spatial exercise machines. At the beginning this thesis will introduced literature and theorems related to Bennett 4R and Goldberg 5R mechanism, then start to discuss the synthetic method, the synthetic method can be divided into three category: spatial mechanism, combination of spatial and plane mechanism and combination of two spatial mechanisms, its carry out Generalization and Specialization based on its particular length and constraint condition. There are 17 kinds spatial mechanism, 97 kinds combination of spatial and plane mechanism and 91kinds combination of two spatial mechanisms as the result of synthetic method. Then from the result of above synthetic method, selects the best mechanism to verify the analysis, and finally this research has designed four new kinds of exercise machines.
