Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 機械工程所 === 97 === Biosensors for the diagnosis of diseases, food, and environmental detection of biological agents are extremely increasing demands over the past few decades. Biosensors have a lot of advantages such as low cost, quick-detection, automation and it can real-time and on-line analyze real sample directly. Biosensors have unique function and potential for diagnosis and treatment of diseasing. This study bases on the fiber-optic localized plasma resonance biosensor, and replaces the optical fiber with 400 μm-diameter core by the optical fiber with 62.5 μm-diameter core. However, it is difficult to manufacturing due to the size of optical fiber which is extremely small, both the core and cladding layer are transparent and brittle material of silica glass. Therefore, this present work demonstrated the key components of the fiber optics localized plasma resonance biosensor could be fabricated by femtosecond laser. The design of different structures and mechanical strength analysis were also implemented herein.
