Author will make a foundation by interpreting the object of international law, the sources of investment law, the legal formality of investment, the essential content of investment, and the mechanism of disputes settlement, to analyzed Taiwan’s investment law for understanding if it is enough to protect foreign investment, and to attract foreign investment.
