Especially in the globalized free market economy system, under the modern enterprise gradually moved toward capital-intensive and technology-intensive form of conglomerates have an absolute advantage, making the development of diversification and internationalization seems to be an inevitable trend. For the socio-economic development, the Group''s businesses also have a certain degree of influence tend to have significant demonstration effects and indicators. After World War II, the Nationalist government了Japan reserves the right to receive under the industrial technology and personnel, and with the assistance of the United States, the initial choice of electricity, fertilizer and textiles as a priority the development of information industry.
