To achieve the purposes, the researcher adopts the methodology of literature analysis and questionnaire survey. A total of 521questionnaires were distributed to this study. The valid questionnaires retrieved were 423 copies. These collected data were analyzed through paired t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson''s product moment correlation. From the methodology above, the conclusions are obtained as followed: 1. The main family role conflicts were found in family recreation and parents’ role. 2. The teachers had higher role conflicts in administrative tasks than teaching tasks while studying in graduate school. 3. When faced the role conflicts, only gender displayed the distinctive difference in coping strategies. 4. There are connected relationships between role conflicts and the coping strategies. According to the conclusions of this research, some suggestions below are made for reference: 1. For the teachers of in-service education (1)The female teachers should adjust the attitude of gender. (2)The in-service education teachers could use more coping strategies for role conflicts. (3)To establish the support network in family and workplace while studying. 2. For the supervisors of elementary schools (1)Giving encouragement to the teachers who are studying in graduate school. (2)Giving essential supports to the teachers who are studying in graduate school. 3. For the graduate schools (1)To build an integrated book shared system. (2)To give counsel service about learning. (3)To establish an inter-schools course elective system. 4. For the further study (1)Using more study methods to the similar topic. (2)Enlarge the research scope. (3)Add the different variables.
