In the literature material, the relational subject that leadership of style and the organization culture is often proposed to study object. The previous researcher no matter adopts the research method that quality or quantity turn and all has thorough treatise to the leadership style of the leader and the relation of organizational culture. But the researchers curious about is the style of leadership is the leader in their own behavior, organizational culture is a long-term characterization of an organization, which of them should have some of the key influential factor, so that both sides have interactions with each other. The “dialog” of leader and the subordinate is obviously of one item, and plays the most important role, but is actually what form dialog, any content of dialog, has these situations variable, to achieve any effect of influence and so on. It is the direction which the researcher wants to further explore. Therefore, this study uses the way of qualitative research . It was made the depth interview to the administrative cadre of school ,by the information ,analysis the leadership style of principal to influence in the organization culture, and assists by the researcher’s observation for the school’s culture of interior environment, , and assists by the researcher’s observation for the school’s culture of interior environment, the interacts record of the dialog about the members, the dialog to communicate of situation between the manager and the subordinate ,and so on. As the research data source, by further infers the different leader to present the style in different leadership style, by the dialog communication with the subordinate, has had any influence to the subordinate, has any change in the dialog process with leader ,these processes also have any influence and the correlation of influence to the subordinate, has any change in the dialog process with organization atmosphere in the short-time and organization culture in the long-term. The research discussed that the school principal''s behaved in dialog and communication,leadership condition,and influence with the organization .TO compare the different presents in organizational culture which under the different dialog pattern. It will be supply incumbent principals or reserve principals to educating and training and so on for references of school in management and operation , and will be able to have more concrete help for education authority or supervises staffs in administration operation of school. 艾昌瑞 2009 學位論文 ; thesis 182 zh-TW |
