The predominance of knowledge will last long and can help organization to create an advantageous position. Organizations need to understand knowledge management enablers before they start to implement knowledge management. Furthermore, the creation of intellectual capital is the key to business continuity. This research is going to analyze how organizations cerate intellectual capital through the implementation of knowledge management and how intellectual capital improve the organizational performance. With the approach of case study, this research will analyze the relationship between knowledge management enablers and knowledge management. In addition, this research will also analyze how organizations accumulate intellectual capital through knowledge management process and further enhance organizational performance. This study will collect data by semi-structured interviews with three organizations. The research findings show that top management will influence knowledge management process. Furthermore, organization culture can be a catalyst to encourage employees to share their knowledge. Moreover, a clear knowledge management objective will inspire employees to create, storage, transfer and apply knowledge. Last but not the least, information technology will enhance knowledge management process. As for intellectual capital, organizations accumulate human capital, organization capital and relational capital through knowledge management process and then improve organizational performance.
