Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 企業管理所 === 97 === People nowadays live in an environment which exist time delay, multiple feedback process and non-linear features. Former results demonstrated that people cannot make good decision when they face the dynamic complex problems. From the misperceptions of feedback (MOF) hypothesis, even giving the perfect information that needed for high performance, people do not do well because they can’t heed the information from the dynamic system. Senge thinks that systems thinking can solve the problem. As a result, this research uses experimental research to discover that group with the involvement of system thinking approach can create better performance in dynamic complexity task with the management flight simulator. The results also match the hypothesis of this research.
