This research assumes " personal victim-factor theory " as the reason for other inmates bullying sexual interference criminals during their imprisonment. However that assumption does not tenable at the end, so far we can not find and single reason for the bullying action in the prison. As for the type of bullying, in our research "verbal humiliation" is the highest (44.73%), followed by "Interpersonal isolation" (20.6%) and "labor burden" (13.53%). More than half of the samples (51.1%) were called as "banana guy", which inmates used to debase sexual interference criminals in prison sub-culture. 23% of the samples were physical attacked during their imprisonment, which means direct bullying still have certain degree of prevalence. The extent of bullying in terms of physical abuse, psychological abuse, verbal humiliation, labor burden and interpersonal isolation and so on, "incest-type" suffered the highest level of abuse while "consensus-based" encounter the minimum. As a result we can find the degree of anti-ethic have direct ratio with degree of bullying encountered during imprisonment. For the psychological reaction, whether the victims fear and helplessness feeling are affected by the extent of bullying. In other words, the degree of bullying have direct ration with the degree of fear and helplessness feeling of victim. In addition, different types of bullying induced different type of self defense pattern among the samples. Shu-Lung Yang 楊士隆 2009 學位論文 ; thesis 216 zh-TW
