Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 化學工程所 === 97 === The purpose of this study is using the network component mapping (Network Component mapping, NCM) to analyze gene expression, further possible to calculate the number of regulatory factors and the relationship between transcription factors and gene. Base on the literature, identifying gene expression data and transcription factor on the relationship between gene regulation and control. Use the NCA to calculate the control intensity and the time series of transcription factor. And after calculated the gene expression data by NCM, we compared the results from these two methods. And calculate the accuracy of the calculation NCM.
Apply NCM on mice Liver fibrosis gene expression. Homology compared those genes to the S.cerevisiae and found out the transcription factors. Through this way to identify the regulate network.
