In past two years, Department of defense put emphasis and request army headquarters to evaluate the capacity of earthquake resistance perious to refurbishment of buildings.Unfortunately local bases neither have no common evaluating standards nor capacity of professonal assessment . Most of the current approaches are taken by using of combination of score units and professional units. This study will be based on characteristics of the military structure, by using of literature review to select initial evaluation indicators of seismic capacity. Through the interview of experts, those indicators are carefully screened again. Then establishing criteria and indicators set of evaluation by the “fuzzy Delphi method”. After all, it caculates the relative priority of evaluation criteria and indicators by "Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process", to build the initial framework of preliminary assessment of earthquake-resistant capacity of old military structures. The examples of earthquake resistance of primary and secondary schools, assessed by the National Earthquake Center in Taipei City and County, will be used to calculate the scope value of doubts at Seismic Safety at end of this study. Datalizing the bulidings to the specific circumstances of structural parameters, presents the safty conditions of the buildings, then evaluate the capacity of earthquake resistance in efficient, enonomic and practical way.Looking forward to bringing the improvement of existing engineering manpower shortage at local base, and the issue of damage to the old camp situation. 楊順欽 2009 學位論文 ; thesis 98 zh-TW
