碩士 === 元智大學 === 資訊社會學研究所 === 96 === Under the global capitalism, the development of most Taiwanese regionses carry the myth of "economic growth", can carry out the symbol that the modernization turns with city, but development of back cause the relation disequalibrium between person and land, the ownership feeling in the place disappears gradually and this phenomenon is particularly obvious in the country region.However"the local distinguishing features "with" cultural industry" is the groundwork place of place, the past government is in "globalization thinking, local action " of generous get down, push the policy of local cultural industry renaissance, hope to keep a place special feature in the meantime under the premise that promotes economic development in the place with at ground culture.This text takes Ta-hsi region as an example and investigates the current conditions of native cultural industry development, and combines together cultural industry and sustainable development and induces under the condition of sustainable development, characteristic and phenomenon had by cultural industry in the place, and contribute to programming and cultural industry in the promotion place. This text takes existing cultural industry in Ta-hsi as an example and adopts depth interview and the research method of questionnaire, analytical method and attitude of visitor to native cultural industry of the public agent, private section, local denizen, other parts of country, and investigate current conditions and problem of native area cultural industry under the premise of sustainable development, and analysis it inside outside the good and bad condition of the environment, be used as the conclusion of this research. The research finds the management attitude of the policy programming, operator and the need of the market that cultural industry in Ta-hsi is been limited by the essence, male and private section of the industry, although have the condition of sustainable development, the disadvantage conduct at the lasting, how break the restriction of cultural industry inborn in the place, take tradition as a root, combine a creativity thinking, continue the life of cultural industry in the place under the frame of the sustainable development, is a worth and related section to consider of face to.
