碩士 === 元智大學 === 管理研究所 === 96 === As hospitals implement medical examinations business outsourcing management projects, this research, through a series of interviews and cases, seeks to explain the comprehensive point of view of the hospitals and the contracted company on medical business outsourcing management. This paper delves into the strategies, the selection of contractors, limitations of the contract, working relationship, outsourcing efficiency evaluation targets, and obstacles to outsourcing of the subject hospital. The paper aims to organize and form the optimal model for outsourcing medical examination business management and propose integrated recommendations for medical examination business, in order to serve as reference for the local hospitals in deciding on an outsourcing strategy.
