However, in order to comply with RoHS, WEEE and the requirement s of their customers for the environmental restricted substance, manufacturers must spend a large amount of measuring expenses to test their products according to the regulations of restricted substance in the beginning. Then they can achieve " Due Diligence " that European Union mention and control enterprise''s risk within the acceptable range in order to accord with customer''s requisition for green products.
In order to comply with customer''s requirements for the restricted substance regulations of green products, this thesis is based on the green products control trend and monitoring system study. Take the restricted substance management of TFT-LCD industry for example; the regulations of restricted substance, test method and whole international integration are still under uncertainty. We can study the most beneficial, economic and representative method for our firm in the aspect of the test and monitor of restricted substance.
In this study, we apply GPM system based on the main frame of the QC080000-HSPM to implement the management of green products and monitor them in TFT-LCD industry for the requirement of RoHS. It can obviously enhance the quality of management and benefit, and reduce the expenses when verified relevant materials. Besides, we apply GPM system for enterprise’s green management that set up by QC080000-HSPM and it except for the consideration of manufacturing, design the related questionnaire and chart, discuss with department supervisors by review method. And, we add the considerations of product management, design and manufacturing. We use this system to verify the TFT-LCD company and it totally comply with the requirements of green products of RoHS.
