碩士 === 元智大學 === 管理研究所 === 96 === ABSTRACT When administering public policy, government needs enough resources that are not only legal budget but also private resources, including the participation and support of people, the supply of information, and the introduction of new technology…and so on. According to the aging of population is over 11%. The burning policy is aging in place. Community development association is the leader of caring people in community. The partnership of public department and community development is the key. The study subject were 292 well-arranged community development associations. The questionnaires are in form of Likert scale. After the descriptive statistics, Factor analysis, the reliability analysis, variance analysis, canonical correlation analysis, and regression analysis, the results are in follow: 1. The commitment between public department and community development association on partnership is significant. 2. The high trust between public department and community development association on partnership is significant. 3. The high attitude towards sharing resource between public department and community development association on partnership is significant. 4. The smooth coordination and communication between public department and community development association on partnership is significant. 5. Reaching the goal of consensus between public department and community development association on partnership is significant. 6. There is not significant influence on how long the community development association is and the chief of community development association is or not.
