Behavior is not related to knowledge. Data also show knowledge is related to gender, career age, department, nursing degree and training time. Attitude is related to age, marital status and nursing degree. Behavior is not related to any factor. The data also show the resign of medical personnel is related to the care of tuberculosis patient, about 43.5% families will persuade medical staff to resign or transfer to other wards if possible. This study can provide the present role playing of tuberculosis care by different medical staff, which can guide the training program design and promote care quality.
