Each layer of the TiO2 films was produced using either commercial powers, P25, or the prepared sol-gel solution , a nano-TiO2 electrode device of P25, ano-TiO2 spherical particles, 25 / nano-TiO2 spherical particles / P25, respectively. The optoelectronic characteristics of the electrode was by current-voltage (I-V) and UV-Visible spectrometry measurements. Results show that the fill factor of the solar cells with the TiO2 particle electrode has higher value.
