Bacillus subtilis need ilvC the enzyme to product Valine, Leucine, Isoleucine, and thesis amino acid are the main to structure the peptide chain。Using shuttle vector ransforming ilvC to Bacillus subtilis SWK569，but the deci-product of SWK569 only。Finding the bereft activity of SWK569 would die on plate。Calculation that was because the over expression of ilvC to effect the physiology of SWK569, and effect the productivity of SWK569。
