碩士 === 元智大學 === 管理碩士在職專班 === 96 === The rise of nonprofit organizations, reason after fast environment change, social values and pluralism, the society has produced or realized that some needs, but these needs unable enterprises in enterprise's system to finish, it is unable to be finished by the government organizations. So the persons with noble aspirations make up the group , solving the problems of society, reach one's own ideal. But resources of nonprofit organizations limited, makes limited resources distribution one important topic under such a the previous question. This research to support target with Rotary clubs in Taoyuan , lie in studying the service resource allocation of nonprofit organizations mainly, in the structure of studying, collect through documents and materials, is it happen 「international service」,「community service」 ,「job service」,「society affair service」 four literary composition surface as the criterion that is assessed, and as the main shaft of structure of second level , and set up 16 less important assessment key elements, assessment index as the third level. Through granting the questionnaire to Rotary members in Taoyuan , get 14 effective samples, calculate out and each weigh and assesses the weight of the key element and analyses with the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) finally, by way of probing into serving resource allocation of the Rotary clubs in Taoyuan area, in order to promote the value of nonprofit organization. The result of study is found finally, supporting a way that serves resource allocation of the Rotary clubs in Taoyuan area, the first six items having priority most are arranged for 「regular meeting program in order」,「the environmental protection plan」,「community's development plan」,「serves menbes plan」, 「friendship ties and meeting」,「member's development plan」,and these belong to 「community service」 and ,「society affairs service」 two heavy to construct surface inside, is it go out of the Rotary clubs in Taoyuan area support rounds of serve way of resource allocation with 「community service」,「society's affairs service」 in order to have priority to sum up, the「job service」,「international service」 , in order to take second place.
