The purposes of this study were: 1. to understand the implementation present situation of “zero corporal punishment policy” and the primary teachers’ belief, 2. to investigate the primary teachers in different backgrounds variables, the present situation and differences of the implementation present situation of “zero corporal punishment policy” and teachers’ belief, 3. to explore the relationship between implementation present situation of “zero corporal punishment policy” and the primary teachers’ belief, 4. to explore the prediction of the backgrounds variables and teachers’ belief to implementation present situation of “zero corporal punishment policy”, and 5. according to the result of this study ,provide the concrete suggestions to the education departments and school. The research adopts the literature reviews and questionnaire survey also based on the literature analysis to make the questionnaire. Studies tool is the “Zero Corporal Punishment Policy effect evaluation forms”, by the lamination random sampling method extraction from the elementary school teachers, recycling effective sample total 364 and used t-test and one-way ANOVA, Stepwise Multiple Regression to carry out the statistical analysis. Following conclusions were drawn from this study: 1. Overall, the present situation of carrying out the Zero Corporal Punishment Policy result is in good conditions. 2. For the attitude to Zero Corporal Punishment Policy indicated that the most teachers agree that “to get to realize the importance of controlling the emotion”. 3. During the policy progress, the maximum weaknesses were obtained with “the personnel staff was insufficiently” and “the definition of corporal punishment was not so clarify”. 4. The teachers’ belief was both Behavioral orientation and Humanistic orientation, at the same time the Humanistic orientation was higher than Behavioral orientation. 5. The teachers who worked longer would tend to Humanistic orientation , also that would agree the good condition of present situation of “zero corporal punishment policy” and more support the policy, meanwhile, that would recognize the whole education environment nowadays was really obstructions to the implementing zero corporal punishment policy. According to conclusion of the results, we would like to propose the specific suggestions to the education departments, school as the reference to make the strategy of implementing zero corporal punishment policy and future further study. none 陳教授斐娟 2008 學位論文 ; thesis 153 zh-TW
