Occupational accident comes from both scale of enterprise and the safety and health capability of self management is not enough to involved quality, progress and cost effectively.
This research aimed at the safety and health self management of industrial park contractor to investigate and explore across statistic analysis to assess feasible suggestion for reference of safety and health management to reduce occurrence of occupational accident.
Our investigation involved interviewed cases of 60 as well as responses. The research result shows following: 1) Safety and health management have positive correlation with labor, capital and international certification, which have low rate and degree of occupational accidents. 2) 58.3% of sub-consigns in which 36.7% did not exercise to sub-consign. 3) 70.0% of contractors only accepted passively safety notice of pre-task and did not note potential risk to original enterprise. 4) Labor of safety and health of 80% must hold others tasks. In general, the administrator will hold safety and health management with bad self management with employees below 10, which is bad management, however, a specific staff in charge of safety and health management with 50 employees at least, otherwise. 5) Insurance of investigation for employees, accident insurance of labor, agriculture and fish invest over 300 millions more than others. There are 73.3% of safety and health of management from original enterprise, which present the spirit of original enterprise protecting small firms and guarantee the basic right of contractors.
