However, Design-Bid-Build of traditional public project’s efficiency and construction quality are often condemned by people, The designing unit and construction unit can’t fully communicate with each other about the engineering information. The contractor often find the error in the designing illustration or difficulty to construct under the construction that leads re-construction phenomenon such the designing alteration and the demolition and the revise. Therefore it produces a lot of problems for the interface disputes. The research is to plan to lead the concept of Concurrent Engineering (CE) in the formulations, design phases of construction engineering, and I hope to combine interface problems of designing and construction by the synchronous information exchange, and strengthen the communication and balance between the designing unit and construction unit, and reduce the design error that leads the bad construction and decrease the possibility for alteration after construction. The main purpose of this project has the following three points: 1. With the insertion of Concurrent Engineering, it makes the consideration in the phase of construction earlier than in the phase of designing and offers the construction information to let the designing and construction be carried out at one time. 2. Leading system dynamics in Concurrent Engineering to integrate the formulation design/ construction interface that arises because of segments of engineering life circle. 3. Object oriented idea that is specific to the formulation designing phase of the construction engineering and to establish the platform for designing and construction information communication. In order to reach the purpose of studying, this research is to plan to review the literature and relevant interface problems of presently domestic construction engineering planning in designing and construction stages, and to cast the main items in designing and construction phases and to lead the the concept of Concurrent Engineering in it and to generalize the procedure of Concurrent Engineering by the relationship of the items in Concurrent Engineering. This research approach adopts the theory of System Dynamics and application software to establish the approximate program and is aimed at using the concept of Concurrent Engineering to establish the synchronous procedure to imitate and make a perfect description of all the logical conjunction of the argument by the view of the system. At last, the Object oriented idea that is specific to the formulation designing phase of the construction engineering and to establish the platform for designing and construction information communication.
