碩士 === 雲林科技大學 === 資訊管理系碩士班 === 96 === For Taiwan and China, the bicycle industry is like a paragon of whole industry develop history,the demand of transportation has promoted by increasing incomes of both two parties within these years. and, the position of bicycle has also become a tour and sport tool from traditional transportation tool. Therefore, it has become a new subject by how to prompt current position of bicycle industry and their supplier chances. In the passed, what savants who worked on analyzing bicycle tire suppliers were always focused on the management policy and cost analysis. What they concerned was tire suppliers. And, they always studied hard on how these suppliers process their position prompt and the policy of global relationship. But, no body cared about the interaction relationship of tire makers and bicycle factories between Taiwan and China. the viewpoint of this report is focus on bicycle makers position of both parties. and, it is base on analyze the points of how they choose their related tire suppliers via Fuzzy Delphi Method(FDM) and Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP)According to the current event, we can say: quantity, delivery, price and service are the most four important reasons for both Taiwan and China bicycle makers to analyze and chose tire suppliers in pass years, most of Taiwan and china bicycle makers were always focus on price issue when they considered the cost of related material. but, according to this report, what buyers concern is “the sooner available action cause by adjusted orders” and “offer immediately information for buyers of cargo produce situation” Therefore, we can see the situation of Taiwan and china bicycle suppliers chain has upgraded to service level, not always price concern. This report will be the reference for related tire suppliers (tire makers) who want to win their business or establish their sales policy.
