Summary:碩士 === 雲林科技大學 === 工業工程與管理研究所碩士班 === 96 === The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship among turnover、organization commitment and job satisfaction. We study a regional teaching hospital in the middle part of Taiwan throungh questionnaires and interviews. 149 questionnaries are sent to the regional teaching hospital, and 126 questionnaries were returned. The response rate is 84.56%. The tendency of leaving for these working 5 to 6years is significantly higher than these working 9 years. The part of organization commitment, below working 9 years more than working 9 years upward. Those graduating from the universities have significantly higher job satisfaction than these graduating from the college. Organization commitment and job satisfaction is positively correlated;Organization commitment and job satisfaction are negatively correlated with turnover.
