Summary:博士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 工程科技研究所博士班 === 96 === This study, by means of experiments of adiabatic calorimeter (PHI TEC II) and VSP2, make use of the liquid thermal explosion software ConvEx in CISP to simulate hydrogen peroxides (H2O2) and Methyl ethyl ketone peroxide (MEKPO) thermal explosion behavior, to research with the thermal hazard in keeping from danger to prevent occurring accident. Simulating runaway reaction of H2O2 filled in the test cell made of the stainless steel, the maximum temperature Tmax at thermal explosion is 241 ℃; The 50 kg package H2O2 in barrel at the 3rd (60 ℃-500 W/m2K) boundary condition, Tmax at the stainless steel material is 256 ℃, the glass material 266 ℃, the copper material 285 ℃; The 50 kg package H2O2 in sphere at the 2nd (500 W/m2) boundary condition, Tmax at the stainless steel material 280 ℃, the glass material 258 ℃, the copper material 243 ℃; The physical volume 500 m3 in barrel at the 1st (100 ℃ ) boundary condition, Tmax at the stainless steel material 241 ℃, the glass material 241 ℃, the copper material 242 ℃, and the physical volume 500 m3 in sphere at the 1st (100 ℃ ) boundary condition, Tmax at the stainless steel material is 245 ℃, the glass material 238 ℃, and the copper material 241 ℃.
