The purposes of this study are to explore demographics, employees cognition of organization change, organizational commitment, uncertainty and coping behavior in hospital merger and their related factors. The study was designed as survey quantitative research. The research questionnaires were modified from the concept of organizational change Questionnaire, the Organizational Commitment Questionnaire, the Uncertainty Management Matrix, and the Way of Coping Checklist .The target population faculty and staff in the data gathered from 231 cases(out of 300, 77%). The results were analyzed with SPSS12.0, and used Pearson Correlation Coefficient, ANOVA, t-test and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis to analyze. This study suggest that hospital superintendent impelled medical policy, needs to consider that hospital incorporated feeling for different care worker approve it.
