However, the Health Tourism also belong to the service industry and the development of the keeping health, the health care and the cosmetology in Taiwan is not only advanced in medical equipment, but also the personnel quality has achieved the world first-class standard, and the medical price has superiority in the international competition. Even if Taiwan is late in the development of international medical service and the Health Tourism, but if we can find the correct localization in global market, then the Health Tourism industry in Taiwan can not only become the economy engine, but also the important connection to the world after Electronic industry. Therefore this research use the case study method and the business model theory which Hamel proposed to make the thorough discussion to the International Health Tourism innovation in Business Model which a medical center constructed in Taiwan. And after discussion, this research would make a comparison with the case hospital’s international competitor -Parkway Holding Limited and hope to proposed opinions to the hospital’s business model and the Health Tourism industry in Taiwan by learning successful model. In the final conclusion, we discovered that what the key success factors of the Parkway Holding Limited can be contributed as follow: 1. Innovation is executed in wholes organization. 2. Use the growth strategy very well. 3. Highly internationalize. 4. Lead to build the sale place. 5. Provide more customized support activities. 6. Continue in research, development and investment. 7. Provide guest primarily service. Therefore, this research proposed some suggestions to the case hospital and hoped they can build a new organization culture, system, personnel and the overhead construction which is different to the original core business model can let them get rid of the old thought about business model and make suitable strategy immediately. Moreover, regarding to the development of the health tourism industry in Taiwan, this research also proposed some suggestions to the government and the medical industry by thorough discussion.
