By nonlinear optical theorem, we perform second-harmonic generation, auto-fluorescence, and auto-fluorescence lifetime imaging on an nonlinear-material of PPLN, a collagen, and a tooth. We use this system in order to explore the correlation between polarization with second harmonic generation, auto-fluorescence, and auto-fluorescence lifetime imaging.
