Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立陽明大學 === 生醫光電工程研究所 === 96 === In this study, we have developed a high performance multi-photon microscopic system and combined with FLIM (fluorescence lifetime imaging microscopy). We can not only get more space-solved information about samples but also explore more time-solved information about samples. In this system, we ensure imaging reality and accuracy. By nonlinear optical theorem, we perform second-harmonic generation, auto-fluorescence, and auto-fluorescence lifetime imaging on an nonlinear-material of PPLN, a collagen, and a tooth. We use this system in order to explore the correlation between polarization with second harmonic generation, auto-fluorescence, and auto-fluorescence lifetime imaging.
