Summary: | 碩士 === 萬能科技大學 === 工程科技研究所 === 96 === A clay modified by Dilauryl dimethyl Ammonium Bromide [C12H25N (CH3) 3Br ] (OMLS) was used to prepare /clay nanocomposite dispersions. X-ray diffraction revealed that PLLA was able to intercalate the clay galleries. FTIR spectra of the PLLA/clay nanocomposites showed the presence of interactions between the exfoliated clay platelets and the poly(L-lactic acid). Thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) were performed to study the thermal behavior of the before and after hydrolysis composites. The properties of the PLLA/clay nanocomposites were also examined as functions of the organoclay content. The exfoliated organoclay layers acted as nucleating agents, and as the organoclay content increased, the crystallization temperature increased. The resulting materials were make use of Avrami equation to analyze that crystallization growth of PLLA/Clay nanocomposites .
