Summary:碩士 === 萬能科技大學 === 工程科技研究所 === 96 === In this study, we applied the method called holography and used photoresist to record interferene-stripes generating from the interference of 442nm wavelength. First, we set up a holographic shooting system to make grating down to the photoresist and subsequently the development step was done. Than, we check the stripes quality with SEM. Secondly, we coated a metal thin film with Ag on photoresist, which performs a better conductivity property. Finally, we put it into electroform tank with Ni to complete the holographic precision mold.
